The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the triple room I stayed in had two twin beds, a shower, and a terrace.

Very simple, but ok, nice staff.
The restaurant was closed in August, no facilities in the village, only a very simple camping pizzeria nearby. No possibility to have dinner when arriving late (09:00 P.M.)

The staff were very good because we do not speak french, but we always managed to be understood. The manager spoke enough english to see us through our stay.At first we tried to eat out but the hotel is in a small village, later we had our breakfasts & meals in the hotel & found the evening meals very good value @ 18 euros per person with 3 starters, 3 mains & 3 desserts to pick from. A lot of clients just use it as a 1 night stay [french], but we met dutch, american & belgique who stayed longer like us & were very friendly. We used the hotel as a base going out for the day then coming back early evening to chill out have a drink around the pool, then have our meal, the hotel was very well kept, clean, free parking & very good for a 2 star. We would use it again no problem, the rooms were big enough for our use & the shower was always hot & powerfull. The only warning I will make is unfortunatly they dont do evening meals on a weekend but next door is a very large pizza restaurant that we used once & enjoyed the meal there, they do the continental breakfast @ weekends which we found was good value

The hotel was close to a number of tourist sites in the area.
I found the staff friendly but as we had almost no French language it was impossible to communicate anything. They were not flexible at all about seating at meal times and a television channel blared throughout the evening meal and at breakfast in the dining room.

The staff were very helpful and spoke english. The room was adequate but the extra bed was a bit small and decoration may not be to everyone's taste. The air conditioning worked well, The swimming pool was very good especially as it was hot when we stayed there.
The bathroom was small with the toilet just behind the door and the shower was half open which meant that there was a fair amount of water on the floor after showering.

The cleanliness of the hotel and its surrounding areas, helpfulness of staff even with our groups limited French vocabulary, its location away from the city and the rooms excellent, Quiet air conditioning unit.

The hotel is situated very handily for Narbonne town and the beaches nearby (Narbonne Plage and Gruissan particularly). The staff were very friendly.
The only two things against it were 1. The swimming pool is not open in the mornings; and 2. the shower in my room had the worst water pressure I have ever come across. I must say that neither of these things spoilt the break for me.
